What if you can't fix my issue?
We offer a 100% Guarantee. If we can not fix your issue, then you will not be charged.
How long will I have to wait for service?
We provide same day service! We will respond immediately to your call, and are typically on-site within 4 hours or less.
Will you perform the repair in my home?
Yes. Most repairs are completed on-site, however if your issue needs more attention, we may need to take your machine back to our lab. In most cases, your repaired machine will be returned within 24 hours.
Can you teach me how to use software?
We offer training for the Windows operating systems and applications (shortcut keys and other efficiency tricks), and we will tailor your training to your specific needs.
How much does your service cost?
Pricing is dependent upon your needs. Our prices are competitive, very reasonable, and our customer service can't be beat. Please contact us for a quote. If you require references, please feel free to ask us for a list.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured to work in Residential and Business environments. We also have our own Worker's Compensation plan.
